Douglas Performance review
Douglas · Touring / Performance · All-season (M+S)
A slightly firmer, quicker-steering Douglas for cars with wider wheels. Same value story, marginally more grip.

The Performance version uses a stiffer shoulder and a more aggressive rib pattern than the standard Douglas All-Season. Steering response improves and the tire holds a line better on the highway, at a small cost in ride compliance. It remains an entry-tier tire: fine in dry and damp conditions, out of its depth in heavy rain or aggressive cornering.
Pros
- +Sharper turn-in than the base Douglas
- +Wider size coverage for sportier sedans
- +Still under $100 in most popular sizes
Cons
- −Firmer ride over broken pavement
- −Wet grip still trails sub-premium brands
- −No winter certification
Fitment and best use
Sedans and coupes, 15–18 in.. Best for sporty sedans on an economy budget.
