Zeetex builds low-cost winter tires that meaningfully outperform any all-season on snow and ice, which is the entire point. They do not match Blizzak or Hakkapeliitta grip on glare ice, and dry handling is vague, but the safety gain over running all-seasons through a real winter is large.
